Ms. Helen Chang holds a B.A. in Policy & Political Administration from Nanyang University. This training enabled her to have a fruitful family life with 1 daughter & 2 sons, active government service as a manager & a holistic approach to Buddhist service.

Helen’s government job required her to recruit & develop volunteers to meet the needs of Singaporean citizens in Community Clubs & Residential Committees.

Now retired, she actively contributes her financial resources, talents, efforts & time to Buddhist social work. As follows …
